J3-14 Swan`s Produce Market
This moderate sized two-story wooden building has a large market on the main floor that sells fruit and vegetables from both local farmers (usually within about two-days travel) as well as exotic ones imported from distant lands (for a price of course). This shop offers some of the widest varieties of fruits and vegetables in this part of Martelain, and some customers even come from Archendurn or South Shore to purchase their produce here. They also sell nearly fresh milk (again from several farms located within a days travel from Martelain).

The building itself is somewhat dilapidated and had not been maintained very well in recent years as its owner is an elderly man who has a hard time doing much of the work that needs to be done. His name is Tomier VanGerlain, and he is somewhat short and of thin build with long white hair and a thin goatee. The upper level is comprised of his living quarters and a couple of rooms that years ago had been rented out, but with the reduction in population over the past 60 years or so they are now empty. It is of post and beam construction with wood plank siding and wooden shingles over a plank roof. There are weak spots in the roof, but due to the 6:12 pitch (~22° angle) roof, it only leaks when the rain is heavy or there is a buildup of snow and warming temperatures.
