This building is much like the produce shop next door. Built of post and beam construction with wood plank siding and wooden shingles over a plank roof. Dorina VanSychel’s son Limshale VanSychel has maintained this building better than Tomier next door so the 6:12 pitch (~22° angle) shingled roof is fairly-sturdy. This woman of late-middle age had done well in her younger years (as a lady of the night, as such her son doesn’t know who his father is), however she was careful with her money and when she was able to she purchased this building and started her own business making fine dresses for those who could afford her services. She primarily deals in silk materials and has an incredible eye for quality and workmanship. As such her services are in high demand among those who are willing to pay for such finery. Her customers include well to do women from Martelain (the few who still live in the city), Argentum and South Shore.
