J3-22 Swan Silver Smithy

Cut stone block of varying shapes and sizes fit together to make this building look like a puzzle, however its structural integrity is impressive. It has two levels and a nearly flat (~5° slope) slate roof. It is also one of the few buildings that has glass in the windows (a sure sign of wealth and prosperity). The lower level is a silver smithy (or “whitesmith” as they are sometimes called) with medium sized hearth with a variety of smithy equipment for doing very fine and detailed work. The owner, Varn VanWhittier, will also do work with gold, copper, and most other precious metals. However, his work is well known throughout the Channel Cities as being a very accomplished silver smiths, and as such his services command a very high price. He has a large residence on the upper floor, which he shares with his wife, Vitoria VanWhittier and three young children. He is a middle age man of tall but thin build.
