J3-3 Delbeno`s Messenger/Cryer Service

This small triangular two-story wood framed building with a simple wood planking exterior houses a messenger service on the ground level. The upper level serves the home to the business’ owner, one Arlo Delbeno. The roof is comprised of a timber frame similar to that of the rest of the building, with wood shingles (thin wood shakes of split cedar overlapping one another) over wood planks with a 6:12 pitch (~22° slope).
