Swan City Wainwright & Wheelwright builds carriages, carts, wagons, and other wheeled vehicles. The building is of post and beam construction with wood plank siding and a roof of tile over top of wood planks. The lower level has a very high ceiling to allow for the use of block and tackle and the construction of the sometimes-large wagons and carriages that they build. The upper level of this two-story building serves as the living quarters of the owner, Arthur Gevron, and his family. He employs several people as well as his three oldest children. He is a tall man of stocky build with long dark-brown hair and thick beard and moustache.
