Owned by Fibin Torvil. His wife recently died, due to being in the wrong place at the wrong time, when the Northern Empire soldiers raided another business that was suspected of being involved with the rebellion. As such, his animosity towards the Northern Empire has only grown more fervent.
Both of his children are grown and moved away from Martelain due to the turmoil in Martelain. Since he has no family left in the area, he employs several locals to help with the twining of ropes as well as also spinning heavy threads for use in stitching leather and other heavier cloth items.
