Owned by Chenric Filindol, who is a collector of rare books and maps, rumor has it that this wealthy eccentric is in league with dark forces, but no one know for sure. Rumor also has it that his wealth comes from being a former adventurer who used to explore ruins in the wilderness areas of the world collecting such books and other treasures, some of which he sold.
