This triangular building looks like it was quite nice at one time in the past. However, now it is in a state of lower being cut stone and mortar, with the upper level being constructed of wood. It's owner Ezra Vilrandas seems to have become a bit absent minded in recent years, despite being of only late-middle age.
He has compensated for his absent-mindedness and his tendency to be Oblivious to goings-on around him, by modifications to his shop in recent years. When anyone steps into the shop (if the door is even unlocked, as sometimes he forgets to unlock and unbolt the door to allow customers to enter), they are limited to a very small area that is separated from the rest of the building by iron bars that have runes etched into them.
