J3-8 Gilded Swan Pawn Shop

This building has a small pawnshop on the main floor, as well as the living quarters of the owner, Sam Relond. The upper floor of this two-story building is comprised of three very small apartments, which Sam rents out by the week (slightly less than staying at an Inn for a week, but not by much). The structure is built of wood with a post and beam construction, and a plank exterior and roof (which tends to leak when there is a heavy rain, despite the moderately steep roof, a 6:12 pitch or ~22° slope).
The stairway to get to the upper level where the apartments are located is accessible from the street (thus no access from the shop itself).
