J3-9 Northwest Market Square

This large open area (which is obviously not square) in years past had been used as a place for traveling merchants to set up tents or to park their carts and wagons to sell their wares from. However, with the recent economic and political situation, as well as the increase in empty buildings, this market “square” is not empty of anything except for foot and horse traffic passing through it.
