J3-92 The Broken Mug

This Inn and Tavern is owned by Shimmons Frazhofrben. It is actually made up of several small buildings that have been patched together by knocking out walls or creating doorways in walls that were never intended for such. Due to this, it is an odd shape and the rooms are rather unorganized in their pattern and spacing. The tavern on the first (ground-level) floor, is small, crowded and not very well lit, with the kitchen sitting behind it and the owners quarters off to one side of the kitchen. While the rooms that are rented out are on the upper two floors, and in some cases seem to be added to the structure from neighboring structures.
Shimmons is very talkative and loves to tell tales (that often times sound like they are greatly embelished with his daring feats and amazing accomplishments). His prices are reasonable for rooms and food, but the drinks tend to be a little on the high side.
