J3-94 Shifkin Manor

This very old, but fairly well maintained manor house is two stories tall. Built from cut stone blocks fitted together very tightly and with an 6:12 pitched tile roof. It is the home of Rondo Shifkin. He is one of the few descendants of Martelain’s old wealthy class (from before the Northern Empire invasion and takeover) that has remained within the city.
