J5 Smelter District of Martelain

This district was named after the first merchant to build a large warehouse in this area (before Martelain existed as a proper city), Navaroe VanKlivoren.

While those that are marked with an "h" are homes/houses, or in many cases are a building that is made up of several small apartments/tenaments that are eitehr rented out to those who can not afford to purchase a building in which to live or are owned by those who also own local businesses and provide these apartments/tenaments to those who work for them (as part of their "pay" for their work).
