K3-36 Failen Boarding

This building with apartments was previously owned by an elderly man named Failen Hygelac, but when he started to have trouble getting around and maintaining the building, a young man named Thulle started to help him and when the old man passed away a few years ago, Thulle Joysen continued to operate the place since it appeared that Failen had no children to inherit the business.
