The "Black Swan Stables", which are actually located outside of the J3 Black Swan District of Martelain, have two different buildings that they use (this building at K3-4 and K3-14 Black Swan Stables), which are almost next to each other.
Owned by "Elm" Elmwason Lambrocht and his wife Fliana Lambrocht.
