K3-44 Havel Oils & Candles

Owned by Havel Timonre, which he manages with a friendly smile but stern pricing, rarely being willing to haggle very far from his initial price quote. His prices tend to be a little on the higher end of average, but the products that he sells are mostly of good quality. He only carries a small quantity of tallow candles, with most of his candles being made of bees wax (which burns cleaner and brighter). The majority of his oils for lanterns also tend to be of good quality and usually burn fairly clean.
