K3-99 Feigian's Boardinghouse

Owned by Remic Feigian and his wife Ogura Feigian. Their prices are low and rented out for either a weekly or a moon (monthly) rate, resulting in thier establishment being fairly close to full most of the time. However, the building is not all that well mantained and the cleanliness of the rooms and condition of the furniture and bedding is far from perfect.
