K4-14 Tromgate Boot and Shoe

Molimo Tromgate and his wife Redainia Tromgate operate their shop making leather boots and shoes with an eye to durability, but with above normal prices since their boots and shoes tend to last longer than those of many other cobblers. They also do repairs, but charge more for those repairs if they are on shoes and boots made by anyone else.
The building, like a large portion of those in the channel cities and most of the buildings of the block that it is a part of, is of two-story wood construction, with a thatch roof. the shop occupies the lower floor at ground level, while the upper level is the living quarters for the Tromgate family, which includes both Molimo and Redainia’s mothers (both of their fathers passed away years earlier), as well as four of their six children, three of whom now have spouses and young children of their own (including their oldest son being married to the oldest daughter of the Happalettes who own the leather shop located at K4-18).
