K4-15 Bianchi's Candles and Soaps

Bianchi Sugermann, is an elderly woman who has been making tallow candles and soaps for decades. A common rumor in the area is that she is even older than she looks, due to her soaps being so easy on the skin. She still seems to get around well, despite her extended age. There are some rumors that she dabbles in the magical arts and that is the reason she is still alive, but it is difficult to know for certain if this is true.
It is a two-story wood building with a thatched roof. Bainchi lives in the back of the main floor, behind her shop. The upper floor is empty, but has several small tenements in it that she used to lease out to people when she was younger and the city’s population was much higher. These have fallen into disrepair in recent years. They are accessible from a stairway that leads up to a central hallway that runs down the center of the upper floor.
