K4-23 Pinchon's Pawn Shop

This three-story wood building is occupied by Khuraf Pinchon and his wife Elye Pinchon, who run a pawn shop out of it. Buying goods from others at reduced prices or take such items as backing for loans that are rarely paid back but for which the items are much more valuable than the coins loaded. The building is run-down, and in poor shape, as are the majority of the buildings in the Merchant’s Market Square District of Martelain.
