This two-level wood structure with a thatch roof serves as a butcher shop; owned, and operated by Gulason Conner and his wife Pomona Conner. They purchase and then butcher a variety of animals for their meat which is then sold to various people, as well as some businesses that serve such meats. This work is done on the lower level, while their living quarters are located on the upper floor.
