This three-story stone triangular shapes building with a tile roof is owned by Mallow Toħvec and his daughter, Wingina Toħvec. They operate the business as a coin changer (charging 10% of the value of the coinage changed, with only “Northern” coins being considered “proper coins” by the ruling Northern Empire). But the most profitable part of their operation is loaned funds (at very high usury rates) to those who are in dire need of coinage. They employ several henchmen (GM's please see Secrets tab), both as security for their operation as well as for collecting from those who do not pay back what was borrowed on the schedule agreed upon.

GM's should view the "Secrets" tab/button for the upper level floor plans and other details that characters/players should not know in advance.
