This building is made of fitted cut stone with a tile roof. It appears to be two-stories tall at the road, but it also appears that there may be a roof-based garden and some locals say that the back portion of the building has a third level that that serves as the owners living quarters that has access to the garden that covers most of the roof. The owner of this building is Dreiol Butterum, who is an importer and merchant, dealing in a wide range of unusual products from other lands.
Among his offerings are unusual styles of clothing, strange fruits, foreign spices and wines, and unusual decorative items and furniture from distant lands.
