K4-48 Reaves Wine Market
Fieldstone and mortar construction has allowed this building to survive a fire that had swept through this part of the city about 20 years ago. The other buildings in this block suffered less damage than the three blocks to the west, so most have been either rebuilt or repaired. But this structure came through with only smoke stains. It is now owned by Erika Reaves, who imports and sells a variety of wines and a few brandies from distant lands. The shop takes up the main floor and a cellar that extends beneath most of the building, while the upper floor serves as Erika’s office and living quarters.
Floor plans for this establisment will follow when time permits to scan them in and get them uploaded.
