K4-52 Bodrels Belts, Scabbards and Leatherworking
This large two-story stone building was previously used as a market of some type, with the entire front of the building set up with wide wooden doors that can be opened to allow in a lot of light and access from the street. But now only the front part is used. It is owned by Groth Bodrels and his wife Estla Bodrels, who now operate a leather working business on the first floor and the front part of the second floor as their living quarters, while the back two-thirds of of the building (both upper and lower levels) are vacant and not used. The roof is of tile construction, but parts of the roof towards the back of the building are in disrepair and as such, have leaks that have caused some of the roofs wood framing to rot and thus of questionable support strength.
Floor plans for this establisment will follow when time permits to scan them in and get them uploaded.
