This large stone building has two levels and a slate roof. It is owned by Simasco Dolliver and his wife Hattie Dolliver, who operate a cobblery shop, making boots, sandals, and shoes out of leather. Their products are of reasonable quality and hold up reasonably well. Their pricing is also reasonable, resulting in them doing a fairly-large volume of business. As such they also employ several other people in the neighborhood and even produce large enough quantities that there are a few merchants and traders who purchase large-quantities of their products and ship them to other lands to sell.
