The fieldstone and mortar building with a tile roof, located next to the Tiverton bakery had at one time been a small specialty smithy, but is now used as the home to a specialty silk tailoring business. Its owners, Inim Salva and his wife Dasenti Salva, produce some of the highest quality clothing in the Martelain Merchant Square area of the city, but only for those who are willing to pay the high prices for their quality of workmanship. The upper floor is used as their private living chambers.
