Redgoudbe / Halflings

These small humanoids are very agrarian in their nature, being friendly but somewhat reclusive. Their homeland is an area known as the Five Shires, which is located in a somewhat remote area of the Éipláh Continent.
They are treated as Halflings (or Hobbits from the older versions of Rolemaster from when Iron Crown Enterprises was the first and longest game company to hold the license for the Middle Earth setting of J.R.R. Tolkien), usually with a rural culture. Unless of course the character grew up in or around the Channel Cities or some other large urban area, in which case they would use Urban or possibly even Cosmopolitan culture in Rolemaster.
Their native Language is Regoud.
