Personal history
The Masked King rules of the desert city of Orontioch. The settlement is a jewel of the Firesands Desert (East of the lands of Chardovia) that was conquered by the Masked King's father, Baldwin Rex-Gloriana III. This was once a prized possession of the Temeri Sultanate. It is said that House Rex-Gloriana (soon to become the Calgori Empire) brought hope and prosperity to the desert savages. It was also said that a mysterious order of desert mystics prophesied the birth of Baldwin's first son, Amrick.
It was said that Amrick would unite the desert tribes and bring the divine law of Janus to these dry lands.
It was under these auspices that Amrick took the throne at a young age. As a youth, he was a great and proud warrior. As a King, he fair and just. However, after a great battle, he came under the influence of mysterious affliction. Amrick now hides his face and skin behind masks and silk.
Accomplishments & Achievements
Broke the Temeri siege of Orontioch and defeated Crown Prince Omar at the battle of Madina. The Masked King also took the town of Al-Zilu
