The Indri Peoples of Scylla (In-dree)

The Indri Peoples of Scylla are a small lemur-like race that inhabit the treetops of western Scylla. They have adapted to their environment, developing a uniquely graceful form of locomotion across the tree branches and canopies. Indris live in large communities ranging from small family groups to entire villages made up of many families. The Indri diet consists primarily of fruits collected from the trees around them, supplemented by occasional hunting and scavenging on the forest floor.
  The Indri are highly social creatures who value community and coexistence with nature above all else. Their society is centered around cooperation and mutual aid between each other as well as respect for the natural habitat in which they inhabit. This has led to numerous advancements in Indri culture, such as the invention of tools to help collect and prepare food and other resources. The Indri are also skilled artisans and craftspeople, creating a variety of objects for everyday use that show off their creativity and resourcefulness.
  The Indri Peoples of Scylla are fiercely devoted to protecting their way of life from external threats, using whatever means necessary to defend their homes. Though they may be small in stature, the Indris will not hesitate to stand up for what they believe in. This fierce loyalty has enabled them to thrive despite the many dangers posed by living among the trees of the western forest. Overall, the Indri Peoples of Scylla are an incredibly resilient species who have managed to carve a place for themselves in the world.

  • Herbalist: You always know how to get more out of herbs you collect, you can always smell any herbs within 60 feet of you and can collect twice as much raw materials from herbs, berries, and fruits as non-Indri.
  • In Plain Sight: if the Indri is motionless in a forested area, it cannot be spotted.
  • Friendly: The Indri can grant boons to those they are firends with, once per day per creature, the Indri can perform a Persuasion roll, using the target creature's Wisdom score as the DC. Upon success, the target may add a d6 to the result of any one roll they make within 24 hours.
