Plëpfõ (plëpfõ)
The most northern people of modern Atoirel, well known for their tattoos. The people of northern Atoirel are a small yet close-knit people found in the furthest north. Despite the cold weather and people not so aquainted drawing away thanks to their ever so missatributed 'tattoos', they are well-known for hospitality and plethora of hearty foods.
Clothing
Due to the cold weather, it is almost mandated - if surrival is your motive - to wear furs and layers no matter the time of year. Sometimes women might wear capes, although this is for more orimental purposes. Usually, these are left to their natural colours, although the more southward you venture while still in Plëpfõ lands you might see died furs. However, these, unlike the furs exported by the Moiauon, they still remain dark and somewhat drained of colours.
Defining Features
There are two things in the Plëpfõ' appearance that stand out: pale skin and their 'tattoos'.
While the people of Atoirel tend to be of pale complexions, the Plëpfõ are seen as paler, almost pure white in the face. Some consider them to be ugly while others see an immense beauty in their skin tones, it depends on the culutre. As for them, they never seem to care, their beauty standards seen as alien and confusing to the outsider as they are placed mostly on the beauty of a person's character rather than their appearance.
Their tattoos are actually called Fūfẽst, and are actually markings via the process of scarificiation. These are often elegant designs, usually of flowers, nature in general or runes, each symbolising something within the intriquite so-called 'Langauge of Tattoos'.
