Following Akis Blad's attack on the Sekora Festival, Saebia immediately entered into negotiations with the neighboring human nation of Delos in order to bolster its small defense forces and ensure the safety of its citizens against an increasingly hostile Gurrat. Three weeks of talks culminated in the signing of the Saebia-Delos Defence Alliance Act.

1. Mutual assured defense

2. Delos granted the right to establish military bases and maintain forces inside Saebia

3. Citizens of Delos granted the right to recieve the three sacrements of Vahnist initiation and to become an official member of the Saebian Temple
