Second son of the Prophet of the Goner faith, second user of the The Curse of the Goner Crown, committer of genocide, probably killed his brothers, and conqueror of the entire Goners (3-4 foot tall lizard/velociraptor people) race.
Physical Description
General Physical Condition
Very strong, largely due to genes inherited from his mother, with thick bones and even thicker muscles around those bones.

Had several scars on his chest from an instance of some of his half-brothers torturing him with sharpened claws.
Facial Features
Slightly large nostrils and long teeth. Eyes were quite wide but not tall, and more frontally facing than usual.

Wearing a necklace with your father's skull embedded in it is quite a doozy. Shoulders curved slightly chestward due to him not liking to move his shoulders back after the torture incident.

Personal history
He grew up with a lot of siblings, especially half siblings, which was super unusual for Goners because they're naturally quite monogamous as a natural adaptation against how much more of an issue infighting can be when it's done with claws rather than fists.
After his father's death, he acquired the Crown, being the only child present at this death, and his male siblings all "killed themselves". His female siblings were forced to undergo genetic modifications that made any ova they produced containing certain genes infertile, thus preventing them from having children with certain genes.
After establishing himself as the leader by killing competitors other than his siblings, which started the tradition of hereditary rule, and quelling all dissent in his inherited territory, including attempted splinter movements claiming that only his father was a true Prophet and that being one shouldn't be hereditary, he began to shake up the order that had come to pass.
His father had only been ambitious to the point of using his control over others to ensure a life of constant praise and luxury by unofficially taking over a single planet and its surrounding colonies.
Emilzar wanted to spread his reign further, and spread it he did.
First, he had genetically modified super-soldiers, especially those who hadn't reached adulthood, kidnapped and subjected them to the effects of the Crown, making them utterly loyal to him. Then he used these supersoldiers to attack the main base of an NGCO (Non Government or Corporate Organisation) that was dedicated to spreading and keeping knowledge for the betterment of the Goner race, stealing every last blue-print, data bank, prototype and kidnapping any of the scientists there that hadn't been killed in the raid, and even then taking the corpses of those killed for good measure to test their DNA for intelligence-boosting alterations.
This included some of the organisations secret knowledge, knowledge it had deliberately kept secret for one reason or another, mostly due to fears of how the knowledge could be weaponized - especially in an age of countless competing nations... well now that information was in the hands of religious extremists.
After the first batch of the Goner race's first plasma weapons was completed and the genetically modified diseases were readied, the crusade was declared.
The diseases were immediately deployed behind enemy lines. The most used disease caused muscles to be worn down and not repaired for several months, leaving otherwise strong individuals unable to fight for the first months of the war and letting the crusaders make far more gains than they would've otherwise. Emilzar had intended to get to the "okay they might as well surrender at this point" point in this time but resistance was unexpectedly extreme.
The official nations he unofficially ruled immediately or almost immediately surrendered, although a few important people and things were destroyed initially, but the rest put up more of a fight.
As hard as they fought, however, none of them really stood a chance. Kinetic weapons are only as good as how quickly they can wear down the batteries of kinetic armour, but plasma weapons will just melt the kinetic generators underneath the shielding, thus disabling the shielding in that area of the armour, in a single shot, leaving an entire chunk of the enemy completely exposed for any weapon, usually another plasma shot, to become perfectly effective. Imagine needing to shoot your enemy 20 times to take them out, but they only have to shoot you twice, and you get an idea of how that goes down.
This, the super-soldiers and the sheer willingness to kill and die of the followers of the faith allowed Emilzar to get into that point of "okay they've basically won already" after 12 years of brutal warfare, in which all the 4 habitable worlds were both captured and made a little less habitable due to the use of certain weapons. Subjugation/destruction of individual holdouts, colonies and resistance movements would last beyond his death.
In his reign, he advocated for the genocide of groups unaffected by the Crown. This meant subspecies better at practical and mathematical thinking were wiped out, which would lead to the slow technological advancement of the Empire later on. In some areas there were even short periods of technological regression. This was later amended by the further creation of very practically intelligent subspecies that were kept in captivity and required to invent by Emilzar's granddaughter, who also broke a trend of male rulers by being an only child and established females staying out of combat as a means of ensuring the species continued having large numbers as the ultimate political and personal move keeping her secret girlfriend from being able to fight in a civil war started over the possibility of Emilzar's son possibly having had another child out of wedlock and keeping herself from having to face that other child in single combat, which also kind elongated the civil war but hey at least she didn't get into a fight she would not have won... she was much more of a desk person than a personally gets into fights person, a clear contrast to her maybe-sibling who would've torn her to shreds in a fight.
He also began the full enactment of actual enforced laws of the religion, making the genetic caste system where one's job opportunities were decided by one's subspecies and clarifying the role between child and parent: parent owns child and can do whatever with them except marry them to members of subspecies that their subspecies wasn't allowed to marry. The issue of which parent had more control would always be solved whenever there was conflict over what would happen with the child, such as what other child they'd be engaged to as part of a financial deal, by a decision by their local priest, who in instances of neither choice being holier than the other was meant to go with whichever parent seemed to be a more avid believer in the religion, except that what this meant wouldn't be fully clarified in El's reign and so priests got a lot of room to mess around.
Slavery was clarified as only being okay if the government does it, causing tonnes of slavers to make the choice to be government officials overnight, overall reducing what slavers were getting but being a good move by the slavers as otherwise the slaves would've been confiscated.
Most of all, El loved art, especially art tailored to feed his narcissistic tendencies. In other words, there was a huge explosion in art, especially those directly affected by the crown, much of it making the Emperors look good. This included many of the things seen in visions, leading to many of the entities that seemed to pop up frequently in art, or stuck out especially from the others, becoming additions to the pantheon later on.

Education
Spent a lot of time studying previous Goner wars, of which there were plenty to study, and enjoyed artistic pursuits. Loved the old wars when melee hadn't yet been made redundant (they've never had gunpowder and the only equivalent was corrosive to the point of having to be detonated in acid-resistant glass with the bullet separate to it that had to be fired within days of being produced or it would break down and become useless, so this actually took a while. Alternatively they used some air-pressure based weapons but again this wasn't that great and so melee still had a significant place in war until the advent of electric and later kinetic weapons) but ultimately knew those times were gone and so took most of his tactical knowledge from the recent ones.
Also enjoyed art but ultimately lost his desire to make it himself due to one of his sisters massively outdoing him in this area, though he still retained a massive appreciation for it, especially in its variety that was present before his takeover. This itself prompted his mass confiscation of literally thousands of tonnes of art pieces to put in museums that he would arrange private visits to.

Unifying the species under a single theocratic state, which included several military victories orchestrated by him (although the scale of the war ultimately meant only so much of it could be down to him). Causing 15 billion deaths in a time where the population was 50 billion (having increased since his father's reign). Causing an explosion in artistic creativity. Single-handedly holding back technology by at least 100 years and setting the groundwork for his descendants to hold it back by what may have been literally tens of thousands.

Haha his sister drew better than him and he let it get to him enough that he stopped making his own art haha. Didn't expect such an insane death toll or time dedication from the war going in as he underestimated his enemies and their dedication going in.
