Mechanics & Inner Workings
Umm.... so there are these portals to underground facilities owned by the guy that invented these in which the items that one of these consists of are kept. Portals are on the SA7 that can activate to different locations depending on which button you press so that you can access different selections of items. The item itself, however, is mostly hollow as it's just the wiring needed for the buttons and portals to work.
Manufacturing process
They're made by collections of 3D printers followed by robots which put all the stuff together.
