The moon shone down upon the graveyard, casting an eerie light upon the headstones and crypts. The air was still, the only sounds the rustling of leaves and the distant hoot of an owl. It was in this quiet and somber setting that a red flower suddenly caught the eye. It was a vibrant bloom, its petals unfurling in the moonlight. But as the flower opened wider, it revealed something unexpected - an iridescent beetle, its shimmering wings reflecting the light in an otherworldly way. The beetle crawled out of the flower and onto Mary's hands, where it paused for a moment as if taking in its surroundings. It chirped at Mary, expectantly and at the same time she received a message.Mission: Plant a bug, undetected.

Wauneka waited in front of the Confessional; he thanked them for cleaning up the sewers of Kanker and told them the Nosferatu clan owed them a trivial boon for their service. Finally the group reads the book of nod. They realize it talks about Gehenna, Cainite religion. The book can be a source of power but also very dangerous. They find out it contains dark knowledge of ceremonies, Oblivion, and Hecata. Mary tells Clem that she needs to be careful, and that she wants to help with research. Clem tells Mary about oblivion, abyss.Meeting Talley
Following a letter from her sire, Clementine asks the group to join her meeting with a certain vampire, far west of the city, way past Orland park. The group knows this is a dangerous area, full of werewolves and the sabbat. When they arrive, the location proves to be recently burned out husk of a hotel building. They find evidence of a fight, with vampires in different stages of destruction. As they come, the shady and overpowering figure of Talley greets them. He takes a moment to test Clementine's powers of Oblivion, while at the same time showing her how far ahead he is. After introductions, he informs them he comes in the name of the Amici Noctis; a group of Lasombra powerful within the Sabbat's hierarchy. He tells them, the Amici Noctis are powerful and resourceful, the clan of Shadows will not forget this support. Especially Clem's position will be made strong in the future through this service. He offers them these powers and support, but for now they resist. He ends the meeting telling them to send a message to the Prince of Chicago, a simple one but only for his ears. " We agree..." On their way out they fought Sabbat vampires, crying in anger from Talley having killed their brood mates.April 6th 2017
The following occurred in a separate session. Kanker comes to the church and tries to steal the book. The team follows him, catches up and burns him to the ground.
