A nondescript building in Chicago's Chinatown, housesTin Xia Karaoke. Brother and sister Tommy and Toni Chen run a nightspot popular with locals and offer a full bar with a wide range of Chinese beers and cocktails. Seemingly untouched by local zoning or liquior laws, Tin Xia stays open nearly 24 hours and may see clients spend the night. Tommy and Toni also offer their private rooms for those parties willing to negotiate on neutral ground in a secure and private location. The two pride themselves on providing safety and discretion to all of those entering their doors. Unknown forces provide said security and those found in violation are rarely ever seen again.
