The coterie is informed of the Prince Jackson's disappearance.
After an uncomfortable “show of trust” on the 50th yard line of Soldiers’ Field, the coterie met with Ballard at The Violet Hour. The old guard Ventrue told them Prince Jackson disappeared the day they arrived in town. Along with Edward Neally, Ballard impressed upon the group that they will be held responsible for the kidnapping unless they are able to locate and save the Prince. Under the watchful eye of The Sheriff, Damien, the coterie is able to examine Prince Jackson’s Willis Tower haven. They learn that a single ghoul of incredible power broke into the lair during the day, dominating or killing the security team on site, and ripping the steel door off of a heavy vault. They also learn that Neally reported to Prince Jackson about the activities of a “Satanic” cult in Busse Woods, northwest of Chicago. While returning the coterie to a safe house in West Garfield Park, Gengis ambushes the party and stakes Damien in surprise. In the ensuing confusion, Antonio escapes with Gengis while the rest of the coterie rescue the Sheriff.
