TMS Shock Unit
TMS International uses heavily armed and armored emergency medical response teams, known as Shock Units, to deliver rapid trauma care to their Platinum Card carrying clients. It's widely believed that the only person not in danger when a TMS Shock Unit responds is their client. All bets are off for anyone who gets in their way.
Composition
Manpower
Each Shock Unit is comprised of six individuals. Two medics, two orderlies, and two pilots.
Equipment
Heavy armored PPE suits are worn by the medics and the orderlies. The pilots wear light armored flight suits.
Their vehichle is equipped with an extensive selection of state of the art emergency medical gear that the medics can draw from as needed.
Weaponry
The medics are armed with heavy pistols.
The orderlies are typically armed with automatic rifles, but some prefer semi-automatic shotguns.
The pilots are armed with light pistols. Just in case.

Tactics
Go in hot. Clear the field of hostiles. Secure and stabilize the client. Exfiltrate with all due haste. Light the candle and head home.
Missions never seems to go that smothly, but that is what every team hopes to acomplish. After that, it's all about adapt and overcome.
Training
All Shock Unit members are highly trained former military, or para-military personel
Medics are fully quallified medical doctors.
Orderlies are primarily combat specialists, with nursing qualifications as well.
Pilots are experienced fighter jockeys, with combat medic training just in case.
