I think you may have typed in 7 instead of 6, because he couldn't have been born in the future. unless he was born 750 years before the plagues came in which case he'd be 1,453 years old

Ya also he was isnt seen by most people only high up ambassadors from the big factions talk with him and then he only will talk to them about big stuff so they don't see him often usually they will talk to lesser board members.
