Kathin Evergold
Kathin Evergold is a very powerful and wealthy plagued from the plagued bastion everything to do with politics in the plagued bastion goes through her. Kathin came to Maricatry a few years after the death of the sultan she had heard of the plagued refugees fleeing the destruction. She came with supplies and soldiers with the Red Kaiser giving some more supplies and soldiers she went to Maricatry and got the goverment to allow her to set up enclaves in some of the towns/cities close to the capital.
