The Federation is a group of towns villages and city's held together by a government that is trying to bring in neutral settlements together to save humanity. The Federation is working on experimental medicines that have failed but can save people at the same time.

The Federation has a large army of 700,000. But their money is being sapped between advances in medicine and the army.
History
The Federation was set up when the plagues hit to save humanity.

The Federation has a large control zone from France to Spain and moves doctors and military soldiers into new settlements into any neutral settlement that asks for help.
Technological Level
The Federation has very good technology some decent tanks, machine guns, good hand weapons, but they do not have the best.
Religion
The Plagued Sun, The Cult of Kamli, smaller religions exist also.
Foreign Relations
The Federation believes that most of the other factions are misguided but have some good tendencies but some are evil in their eyes.

The economy is dead it runs off of whatever the country they control to make.
Trade & Transport
They trade with other factions frequently out of necessity the federation moves out about 30,000 goods a year with other factions.
Education
The Federation has been trying to get an education system going and have a single college that only the rich can get to but their education is kind of dead.
Infrastructure
The Federation has some of the best Doctors in the world along with the best hospitals they work off of factories to make their equipment and it supplies jobs for the populaces of the countries that are low on jobs.
