The Nekachi kingdom
Nekachi is kingomd of ice and snow where it never stops having snow on the ground. This kingdom is expanding its borders and whereever they expand the snow and ice of their home country follows them.
Structure
The queen is in command of the goverment then their is the prime minister who follows out the orders of the queen and controls the other branches of the goverment.
Culture
The country has a peasent to lord type system where all peoplle in the country wear masks and each mask has up to four colored crystals and each crystals/colors says that you are a different type of citizen. purple crystals mean you have something to do with the royalty of Nekachi where four crystals is actual royalty and one crystal is a low level person near the royal court. Red is the military where four crystals is high level commanders and one crystal is just a soldier, the military is a strange people that never speak and only follow orders directly from the queen. Brown is a commoner with one crystal being a nobody peasent and four being a high ranking commoner. Blue are nobles with one crystal being a low ranking noble and four being a really high ranking noble probably from a powerful noble family. White are the clergy with one being a low ranking priest or an assistant. Pink is the ladies guard who protect the royal family with one being a regular guard and four being the head guard.

Their agenda is to stay neutral and expanding in the waters around them.
Assets
The country has many mines and has a good military and is a growing nation with quite a lot of power.
History
This country was always cold and its people have isses dealing with warmer climates the country has always had a queen as that is preffered and they are always young as the queens of their country take a very long time to age and are replaced when they begin to truly age.
Mythology & Lore
They believe the Lady Kadria is the woman of ice and snow. Kadria has an evil brother who sent these plagues onto the world to destroy it. In response to this lady Kadria sent forth her cold to stop the plagues and she uses her followers to expand the snow and ice to stop her brothers corruption of the world.
Tenets of Faith
As a follower you must do as much as you can to spread the cold of lady Kadria to stop the plagues.
