This is a country that holds to the southern middle east. With the support of the empire, they are one of the main reasons the Equalists don't fully control the middle east. They are a country that brought the technology of flight to Chorius, although they have some tech they held back and nobody has figured out to make zeppelins the sultanate has turned zeppelins into moving fortresses of war these massive ships have allowed the sultanate to defeat smaller factions and they have been very useful in fights with the Equalists.
