Jepram of the Wiggers family

also known as Quillz (after a client yelled for more quills, Jepram served him within seconds as though someone yelled his name, with several options on quills, Which surprised the client of this swift and friendly service.)
Quillz is low born gnome, native to Arnheim. With the usual curiosity combined with ingenuity that is mostly seen in gnomes. This drive has earned him a traineeship in the library, where he has eventually learned to became literate, some what rare for low classed people. Though finished his traineeship, he has been given an stable job at the library, as a librarian assistant. Some of his tasks are; Putting back books that have been returned, retrieving books that have been requested, personal assistance to the librarians, scribes and scholars by supplying writhing supplements, a refreshing drink, or any information on the layout of the library and its contents. As a lowborn he is proud of his job, and tries to maintain that job and pride. He will not do anything that would endanger his position. He dresses well and tidy for someone within the lowclass, but not with clothing of good quality.
As a contact, for example, he is able to to tell you of rumours going around within the library walls, to some extend any secrets, like secret vaults/books/literature ( if that would fall under his knowledge), who has lend certain books, what items have been dispatched, or newly acquired literature.
