The Black Cabal is likely best known as your "traditional" undead vampire. While they are weaker in the north with the increased sunlight, that does not mean that their reach is not global. Utilizing cat's paws and mind-controlled thralls, this Cabal is definitely among the more dangerous of organizations. While unconfirmed, it is believed that the seat of their power is deep into the wastes of Dahvatine where the cold is less problematic due to their undead nature.
