Dunklin Poultry Farm

Alvus Dunklin, a shrewd businessman, was able to turn a small farm on an island in Fairwater into a near monopoly for the local area until retiring at the age of 76 and becoming a Ranger, leaving the farm to his heirs as he journeyed to complete his bucket list.
