This highly intelligent and somewhat arrogant, and often impatient, individual is the elected Mayor of Calumet, as well as the sitting Chair of the Calumet Council. Prone to snapping their fingers when impatient, excited, or looking for the right word or phrase, Mayor Hewkay is more brain then brawn and will fight only as a last resort out of self-preservation.
