The formation of the nation of New Wallingwish after gaining independence from the Empire of Lysandus.

A short-lived war for independence by the people of the Wallingwish Islands managed to succeed. Once gaining their freedom, they managed to form a new constitutional government with a Bill of Rights, a republican system, and an executive power on top. It was ratified by Jacques Maximilian and a party of 50 other men, elves and dwarves.
