A Wish to Build a Dream On

The (currently unpublished) story of the events of Fallout 2, in accordance with how I played the game.
It follows the story of Teshi, the Chosen One of Arroyo, and will attempt to incorporate the known canon events as correctly as possible. The story will do its best to avoid or otherwise explain the fourth-wall breaking moments of the game (such as Skynet or any characters that meta-game). No other major plot changes will occur.
