Bloodbugs
Bloodbugs are the mutated version of the common mosquito. Much like the Radroach and radscorpion, radiation has induced a species-wide growth spurt. What used to be a minor nuisance is now a very lethal danger.
Bloodbugs typically come in two variants: standard and Red Widow.
A standard bloodbug ranges in color from light beige (common to newly hatched bloodbugs) to a medium brown. They are usually around the size of a small dog, not counting their legs and wings.
A red widow bloodbug typically has very dark body, with unusual bright red eyes and accents on its wings. These variants tend to be more aggressive than their standard counterparts.
Both variants are capable of taking in too much radioactive material and becoming "glowing' variants, though this is not a separate species.
